I'm a designer and programmer based in Paris. For me, there is no line between art and technology. I can deal with UI, typography and coding at the same time. In parallel of a career of programmer working for startups, I have developed an artistic endeavor, creating digital artworks since 2003 under the label chronotext. I have a passion for everything related to text and my work is based on literature (from the Bible to 20th century authors like Borges, Apollinaire or Joyce).
Since 2016, I have been creating WebGL content. I started by remastering previous works from the chronotext collection and nowadays, I'm also creating generative NFTs among other things.
I develop on macOS with C++ and OpenGL, then I use Emscripten to convert everything to WASM and WebGL so that it can run in the browser. One of the advantages of using C++ is portability: the same code can be used on several platforms with almost no modifications. For more details, check my open-source development framework and the related blog.
I believe that WebGL has reached maturity as a technology and that it can highly enrich the web experience. I hope this portfolio will convince you as well!
